Saturday School -- March 8, 2014
Students assigned to Saturday School on Saturday, March 8, 2014, should report to NJHS as scheduled at 8:00 a.m.
Saturday School will be over at noon.
before 6:00 and each student gets into game for 6 pennies!
**Bonfire Bash winter dance will be Friday, February 28 from 7:00 to 9:00 in the
NJHS Cafeteria. We will have a photo booth and drinks available. Tickets will be
$5 and may be purchased in the office or from a dance team member at lunch.
**Jr High Dance Team tryouts will be March 10-13. If interested in trying out,
please see Mrs. Laura in the office.
**All girls wanting to try-out for NJHS Cheerleader for next school year are
invited to Cheers Unlimited every Tuesday from 3:30 – 5:00. Cost will be $10 a
girl per visit. Flyers are available at the office with info.
**Please see the poster on the wall by office if you are interested in entering an
essay contest about how tobacco affects you. Friday, March 28 is the deadline to
**St. Bernard's is sponsoring a poster contest to give students an opportunity to
express why they will never use tobacco products. Deadline to enter the contest
is March 17.
**Yearbook order forms are available in the office. They may also be ordered
online at www.jostensyearbooks.com. Cost of yearbooks will be $50.
** TSA (Technology Student Association) will be meeting during Seminar in 102-
Lab to prepare for the Engineering Olympics at the University of Arkansas Little
Rock on March 1.
**Princesses and Tiaras Pageant will be held in the PAC on Saturday, March 8.

Nettleton Junior High Exemption Policy
The following exemption policy will be in place for Spring semester tests at NJHS:
There will be no early testing for either semester. If students are absent for a semester exam, they will be required to take the test on the scheduled make up days or upon returning to school or during the summer.
